Meet the Board

Anthony Rallo is a seasoned owner-operator property manager and advocate for responsible short-term rental operations, with a portfolio that includes two high-performing vacation rental properties in the Poconos, five other short-term rentals across the Eastern Seaboard, and two long-term rental properties. Since 2019, Anthony has been committed to delivering 5-star guest experiences while maintaining profitability and operational excellence. He is also the President of the HOA in Gatlinburg Falls, a short-term rental-only resort community in the Smoky Mountains, where he oversees governance and initiatives that support both owners and guests.

Anthony is a co-founder of two influential vacation rental alliances in the Poconos: the Lake Naomi Vacation Homes Hosting Alliance (LNVHHA) and STRATT/TFA (Short Term Rental Alliance of Tobyhanna Township / Tobyhanna For All). Through STRATT/TFA, Anthony successfully led efforts to overturn restrictive occupancy rules and excessive fines in Tobyhanna Township, safeguarding property owners' rights. With LNVHHA, he spearheaded Good Neighbor Quality Initiatives to bridge the gap between vacation rental owners and full-time residents, fostering positive relationships and addressing community concerns.

An advocate for responsible hosting practices on a national level, Anthony serves as an Alliance Leader for Rent Responsibly, where he promotes fair regulations and supports short-term rental operators with resources and best practices. Locally, his expertise in technology and process improvement has made him an invaluable volunteer member of the Lake Naomi Technology Committee, helping to enhance communication and resources for the community.

With his extensive experience in property management, community advocacy, and non-profit leadership, Anthony brings a unique perspective to the Poconos Association of Vacation Rental Owners (Poconos VRO). He is passionate about enhancing member engagement through innovative technology, data-driven strategies, and actionable solutions. Anthony’s leadership and collaborative approach make him a valuable asset in promoting responsible short-term rental operations and fostering a strong community among Poconos VRO members.
