Poconos VRO is excited to welcome Andrew Rodriguez to our Board of Directors,

Andrew is the CEO and co-founder of Stay Booked, a luxury, full-service vacation rental management company serving the Poconos. He is also the co-founder of Host Like a Pro, New York City’s largest STR meetup, with more than 500 members. He is stepping into the role previously held by his wife, Lindsey.

Andrew and Lindsey’s journey in the Poconos began like many of our members. They purchased a cabin in Big Bass Lake as individual hosts and eventually grew their involvement in the industry into full-time vacation rental management.

Before entering the STR industry, Andrew built his career in financial services enterprise sales, providing legal and regulatory solutions to some of the country’s largest investment firms. That experience now helps shape his approach to STR advocacy, regulation, and responsible industry growth.

For Andrew, protecting the future of short-term rentals is personal. He understands the impact a strong STR industry can have not only on owners and guests, but also on the local businesses, contractors, and families who depend on tourism throughout the Poconos.

We are grateful to Lindsey for her time and service on the Board and excited to have Andrew continue that commitment as Poconos VRO grows its advocacy, education, and industry leadership.

Please join us in welcoming Andrew to the Poconos VRO Board of Directors.
