Short-Term Rental Owners Are UNDER ATTACK in the Poconos! There is no denying that there has been a ton of controversy in the Poconos with short-term rentals. Many of the townships and HOA communities have been scrambling to figure out a way to either eliminate, restrict, and enforce rules and regulations pertaining to short-term rentals.

For the longest time there has not been a true "Voice" for the vacation rental owners, until now! In response to a growing interest in starting an organization to advance the interests of vacation rental owners in the Poconos, a group of volunteers has come together and formed a formal trade association - The Poconos Association of Vacation Rental Owners.
